The NCCB Scholarship Committee is requesting a total budget of $3000 in support of the adopted goals of the NCCB. To help students with vision loss who are in or transitioning to college or graduate education. These students are selected from across the state of North Carolina to help offset. some of the expenses a visually impaired or blind student may incur while attending school.

Each year, we offer 3 scholarships for outstanding students who are visually impaired a 1000.00 scholarship after being selected by the scholarship committee to be presented at the N.C. State convention.
