Fundraising Committee Report – NCCB Board Meeting February 12t 2022

The Fundraising Committee has a new Chair. Evidently, there has not been an active Fundraising Committee for several ears. It will likely be the March/April time frame before the Committee Chair can do meaningful activities on this committee, due to other NCCB activities.

The Chair is in the process of recruiting committee members and determining the committees 2022 goals

Some items under evaluation include:

Conduct a Turn-Overt meeting with the previous Fundraising Committee Chair. Completed
Contact the Budget Committee to determine fundraising needs. – in Process
Contact other NCCB members to develop a list of previous donators.
Contact other NCCB members to determine previous Grants that the NCCB has received and if the NCCB has a Grant Writer.
Document our online donation capabilities. This includes updating our NCCBinfo.org Donate page
Develop an email & mail list to send out periodic requests for donations.
